Just thought I would try an online chat on MYBT - that's a laugh as well - they estimate about a 20 minute wait for a reply from one of their team.

Ok just tied webmail again as did ajwh and yes that is now working. Something at least.

BT Yahoo app now working but Outlook not working and neither is webmail.

We have lost access to the primary and one sub account after 16 years with btinternet.

Yep, I'm using Thunderbird and none of my primary or several secondary BT accounts are functioning at present.

 

Press seem to be getting hold of it now: Daily Express

Webmail seems to be working atm, but I notice that the "Themes" on a couple fo my accounts have disappeared.

 

 

Some POP3 issues when connecting to Outlook, however.
