I can't log in to secondary email it has been suspended I think for inactivity (although I have received emails recently as I permanently have it logged in on my ipad mail account).
When I login to my BT ID I can get the page that lists all the email addresses and against this one is the following message... "Your email was last used . This mailbox is suspended and will be permanently deleted on 21/04/2018.unless you reactivate it in next 55 days"
When I press the reactivate button it looks like it's going to do it but then I get this message... "sorry we haven't been able to reactivate your email address, please try later"
why is reactivate not working? I've been trying every day for 4 days and on different computers

I'm sorry that you are having difficulty reactivating an email address that is not due to to be deleted until a future date. We will be happy to help you with this if you send us the details. You can contact us by clicking on my user name and selecting contact the mods.

After many calls to BT over the past 5 days I finally spoke to someone who understood my problem. They just reset my password to the mailbox and I was back in business.

Yep. I'll definately come straight to this forum in the future to get help (better than talking to India)
