I use BT Premium Email, which logs me in to BT Yahoo email.
I can login fine to the email, and get into my account.
However, I am unable to update payment details.
In BT Yahoo Email I click settings > Account Info.
On the next screen I click "My Account and Billing" tab.
Then I click "Updat payment details"
It causes a a new window to popup, asking me to login - on the main BT wbesite (not BT Yahoo)
I enter my login details and it says it is not correct.
I have been through and reset my password numerous times, leaving 5 minutes after the change to ensure it has gone
It seems as though there is an issue with customers on BT Yahoo email platform being able to update payment info.
Please advise of how to do it online, or a direct line phone number.
I have exactly the same problem as this, worried that my payment info is now wrong and will lose my account. Did you get it sorted?
