I am visiting Australia and relying on my btinternet account for my itinerary emails.
For the first few hours after I arrived I could access my account on my phone, but now I can't. I tried to follow all the advice on this and other forums, but to no avail. Eventually I have deleted the email account and tried to add it but now get an error message saying "couldn't verify account" and "access denied".
I really need access to my emails from my phone, so PLEASE can someone suggest what has happened.
PS the same has also happened to my husband's account on his phone, so it is not just my phone!!
