I had a message to say my account had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I changed my password, did a scan, but keep getting message Two Stop Authentication required. I spoke to chat line who said my account was open and to change the settings. According to the settings 2 step authentication is off, but I cannot get past this when trying to log into emails, so therefore I cannot access emails - what do I do please

Yes I am, haven't seen your PM yet, but will look out for it. When I click on the email link it then asks me to log into My BT and then I get the two step authentication page, and don't seem to be able to get past this. It is also affecting my friend who has a secondary email address, on her laptop not mine, and I also use a mail client and cannot access my emails through that either.
I am really struggling here, as it is now 3 days since I have been able to access my emails. I did raise a case, they told me it would be fixed by Tuesday
