1. I cannot re-add, ie.install a long established BTYAHOO account in Windows Mail
2. I cannot add, ie.install the same BTYAHOO acccount to TouchMail
I can only access BTYAHOO via Android not my Windows 10 PC, or online via a browser
I have failed to get a solution from BT Support, MS Forum, Windows Ten Forum, TouchMail Support. I have been trying every day for a week.
I see others have similar problems. Why? Is there a solution before I ditch BTYAHOO?
Are you setting the account up manually using these settings or letting a wizard automatically set up the account?
