I am unable to delete an email, I send it to trash but it keeps coming back to my inbox and I get a message saying
Please wait for email(s) to load completely. I have tried all ways to delete it without success.

Are you using an Email client/app to manage the email you're trying to delete?
What happens when you log in through BT Webmail and try deleting the email?

I am logging in through BT Webmail and just can't delete it!

Have you tried a different browser?
Do you use any other devices to access your email account?
Yes I have cleared cookies, deleted all history, and tried a different browser without success.
I can access my emails on my smartphone but can't delete it from there either!

When you're using your smartphone, are you using a separate client, or are you logging into Webmail on this too?
Have you tried clearing your trash as well, or is this when it gives you the error?

Yes, I'm using webmail on my smartphone too.
Trash is regularitly emptied. I can't move the email to trash, as I get a message saying please wait for the email to load completely.
Are you able to move it back to folder. If you are try moving it to a new folder then delete the folder.
I can't move it anywhere, if I try it just goes back to my inbox with the message about allowing it to load completely first.
