Unable to log in to BT email but I can log in to MyBT
For several months I've been unable to login to my BT email, both via email and via my email client.
When I try to login to to webmail using my BT id, I get in, but then get a big red message saying "You are not currently logged in to email - click here". When I click on the link it just takes me back to the login screen and the process starts again.
I have tried resetting my password but that did not help.

Hi @iluvmud sorry you are not able to access your email account.
As you have mentioned it has been several months so your email address may be deleted on pending deletion. Check out Why Has My Email Address Been Deleted and follow that to check your extras and see if your email address is listed and if so you may still be able to reactivate it.
