Me as well, this is the error message i get when trying to log into my email and my BT account. Tried running the troubleshooter but it does not even recognise my phone number,

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

When was BT going to tell us about changes?

Looks like the BT.com site is unsecured preventing logging on the conventional way.

Yes, I'm getting the same problem. E-mails were accessible a couple of hours ago. Hopefully it's something that BT can sort out quickly!

signing in to my email

I switched my computer on at 6pm tonight to access my email.  However, it won't let me in and doesn't appear to recognise my email or password.  What can i do?

I doubt BT have made any deliberate changes that we need to know about. It's some kind of server error at their end. There is no common denominator,  there are several different error messages. Guess we just need to be patient until its fixed

BT Mail Login issue

Have reset password . . . .

Edge version - using 103.0.1264.62 (Official build) (64-bit)
Tried resetting / reinstalling edge
(C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe)

DNS - released / renewed / registewred and flushed
Cleared cookies - All Time
Restarted PC
Same error

All other webs are ok
Email is acccessible on all other browsers
But not in edge - same on a mobile device (android)

Security cert??
