Thanks, I know, its just the way we are configured - being a small business. We are using our private email address accounts for both private and business. Its convenient and efficient for us, albeit, we do also have an official business account with BT for other aspects.

FWIW:-

Unable to log in to EMail...same as so many others.

Windows Edge...on Windows 10 and 11 and on phones.

GMail and the rest of the world is OK!!!

Invalid SSL Cert

@bt you need to update the SSL cert you're using on home.bt.com as it doesn't include that subdomain

Yes for me as well. Both Webmail login and MyBT login both go to a non-secure login.  Are you serious???

Fortunately IMAP is still working securely.

This started for me yesterday and all day today.
I have had to explain to the landlord and letting agent that I cannot access my emails.
All the paperwork is done through email and DocuSign, so much for technology eh? Snail Mail might be quicker!
Tomorrow is another day and hopefully fixed
