I haven't accessed my BT email account for a good few months and now I can't login at all. I've tried forgotten password but won't accept any of my security question answers. It won't even accept my MyBT account username & password - even though I can login to MyBT with those credentials! Can anyone out there help?
It may be that your email account has been suspended for not being used within a 90 day period.
If that does not apply if you log onto your MyBT and go to "My Products" then "Email manage" can you see and access your email from there?
Thanks, that does sound like it could be the problem. I'm the BT ID account holder so it shouldn't be a problem to recover my email account. I say shouldn't ... I logged into MyBT without any problem however I now have a message saying 'Sorry we can't get your account details at the moment'!
