Unable to login to My BT

I try to logon to the My BT site but the following message is displayed:

"Please check you entered your username and password correctly and try again. If you need help remembering your username or password you can use the links below."

I have reset my password but the result is the same. I know my details are correct because I have used them to sign in to the My BT app with success. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried a different browser and or clearing the history and cookies from your browser?
