Unable to receive emails from btinternet.com

I do not receive emails from senders with an email address of the form <name>@btinternet.com

An example of the sender's failure report is:

Reporting-MTA: dns; sa-prd-fep-040.btmx-prd.synchronoss.net
Arrival-Date: Wed, 27 May 2020 18:31:52 +0100
Received-From-MTA: dns; sa-prd-rgout-001.btmx-prd.synchronoss.net (10.2.38.4)

Final-Recipient: RFC822; <aaa@xxxxxxx.uk>
Action: failed
Status: 4.4.7
Remote-MTA: dns; xxxxxxx.uk
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 250 2.1.5 Ok

My email server sees the BT mail server connect, but does not receive any data:

Is this a problem at the BT end, or my end?

If it is at my end, can anyone suggest what I should do to fix it.

Thanks for your help

I can receive emails from other domains without a problem.
