My bt email has been blocked/suspended due to suspected security issue. I was unable to reset online and spent an hour online chat without the problem being resolved.
The help desk said I must contact premium email team to get problem fixed. They apparently are only contactable by phone, so I am hoping I can get someone to deal without spending an hour on the phone.
