Please can anyone help. Last night I was having major issues logging in, after about an hour, the agent on live chat asked me for a default e mail address to sort the problem which I gave my icloud e mail, which fixed the log in eventually but now I am unable to send or receive e mails via bt anymore....can anyone please help and when I try to log into BT it locks my acvount after trying to use my bt e mail so many times

Hi there and thank you, yes I am a broadband customer. Once again, really pleased and thankful for this community. After another long stint with live chat and a manager there seem to have got it sorted. Re set my log in details, unlocked account. Not sure what happened but very grateful for your reply
