Hi, wanted to manage some sub accounts on my account. On checking my profile on My BT I have no option to set up any sub accounts, appear to have no "extras" assigned to my account and I am unable to view any online billing (this has been the case since I set up the My BT thing months ago) I have been through the live chat loop three times and have been assured three times that the problem would be resolved "in 24 hours". Are you sure you are on BTMail and not BTYahoo. Don't rely on the checker, it is broken. If there is any Yahoo branding when you login to webmail, you haven't been migrated.
Deffo Btmail as the settings option advises me to visit MyBt to manage my email addresses.
When you log onto your email account via webmail, do you see any mention of BTYahoo in the logo?
