Unable to verify

about every 2-3 days, when I go to send an email, I get please enter your password, which I do. For a couple of hours It keeps telling me that it's unable to verify my password, but the suddenly accepts it. I know the password is right as if I go into BT log in direct I get straight in. I'm using a Mac book.

In have tried resetting the password but get the same problem

Any advice greatly received

I have the same problem. Keeps asking for password for hours then suddenly works fir 2 ir 3 days then no access again.
