Upgrade to Premium email when ceasing BT Broadband

I have recently ceased BT Broadband and wish to purchase the premium email product, as the Basic product won't give me the functionality that I need.   
I have had an email from BT advising me to log in to bt.com/mybt in order to do this.  I have logged in but cannot find any option to permit me to do that.  Email is not listed as one of my products. 
Customer support referred me to the BT email help and the BT Premium Mail option at 
https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-products
but that doesn't explain what I need to do in order to opt for the upgrade.  Any help much appreciated.

Contact the Premium email team on 0808 100 6778, Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.

They should be able to help you.

Have you tried calling the number for the premium mail team listed in that article?  0808 100 6778

Yes, already tried that number.  That team that kept me on hold for 40 minutes, then told me to use the useless link above.
