VPN on means unable to login to email

Hi, I use tunnel bear vpn. Whenever turned on and connected to a uk server I am unable to login to mail, outlook and apple email client just comes up with incorrect password. I turn off the vpn. How do I get email working with the vpn on as it should ? Thanks

Unfotunately it seems that VPNs and BT webmail are not particularly compatible.

Search this Forum for VPN to see what others have said, although switching your router off and on to reconnect with a different ip address seems to be the only solution offered.
