Viewing older emails in Inbox

Recently  can only scroll down a day or two's emails in my Inbox. How do I scroll down to older ones? They're there because I can search for them (though the Search function often times out).

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.

Thank you so much this worked, only took 1 minute. Its been driving me crazy. Switching off the conversation view has sorted it and let me view all my older emails

I've toggled the "Conversation" view off but can still only see a weeks emails in the Inbox. Any more ideas please - tis driving me mad!! Thanks

Ignore that - toggling Conversation view off just too a while to do the job. It's all sorted - thanks for the solution
