Want to stop auto-forward but can't!

This is going to sound like a strange question, but bear with me.

Years ago, and I mean many years ago, I set something up to auto-forward all mail incoming to my BTmail to another (GMail) account.

I can't for the life of me remember how I set it up, but presumably it was within my BT account rather than the GMail account.

To this day everything is still auto-forwarded. I decided I no longer needed it forwarded so tried to stop the BT account from sending.

BUT when I go into settings/mail/auto-forward there is nothing there. I thought there would be a rule that I could remove, but nada. No trace of anything.

Can anyone shed some light on this little mystery?

Have you checked under the Settings in your Gmail account? You can check email from other accounts.

Thank you. I just tried your suggestion. But when I go to import mail and contacts in the gmail account, it's got nothing set up there
