You need to remove your email address from your post. This is a public forum and you could get inundated with spam.

Hi, welcome to the forums.

Can you login ok using the direct link :-

https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform

If so, then it could be a temporary issue - otherwise it might need a moderator assistance.

How long has it been like this?

Re: We can't find an email service associated with your current login

Hi @ajgball- Sorry you cannot access your email account.

I'm sorry that you're getting this message when you try to access your email account. When did you last access your email account?

The process is that a mailbox will be suspended if it's not logged into within 90 days.  After this time, there is a window of a further 60 days to re-activate the mailbox before it is permanently deleted.  You can read more info about this here: Why has my BT Email address been suspended or deleted?

Thanks
John

Can you make this a bit clearer please and take one step at a time

Can you actually login to email via the link I said? And is the email working OK? (Forget access via BTID for now).

There is an indication that this is browser related. What browser are you using, and can you try a different one.

Thanks for this but I just get an error when I go to the inclusive extras page complaining about my packages.

Re: We can't find an email service associated with your current login

Yes I can login via the link.
It takes me to my BTID page and says "We can't find an email service associated with your current login".
Thanks
