Webmail missing email address

BT webmail page has a drop down of email accounts. Out of three emails, one has disappeared. How do I re-instate it. Profile has also now only 2. The system is showing that there are 3 activated.

What has gone wrong?

Some of your email accounts will have been moved onto the new BTMail email system.

While your email accounts are on different email systems  they will not show up on the drop down box and obviously you won't be able to switch between them.

When all of the accounts have moved on to the same email system you will be able to use the dropdown box.

This will only be the case if the emails are all merged under the same BT ID and haven't been gifted so some one else.

One of three emails address missing?

One of three email addresses missing. Cannot see contacts or emails sent. Some emails on tablet only, others just on PC - how many are missing? Reported this several months ago - still no improvement? When do we received refund for either poor or non-service?

Suggest you forget about this so called improved Email service and revert back to the old system.
