BT webmail doesn't seem to work most of the time. Sometimes I want to access it from work, but the inbox loads OK, but then the folder area & message in the inbox just a the 'loading' message & nothing happens. I've tried logging in a different times.
Any suggestions?

Sorry you're having problems accessing your webmail. Does this happen on all devices? Are you using the BT mail app? Which browser are you using?

The browser is MS Edge on a Win 10 PC; not using the BT app.

Tried again via google chrome & have the same issue. Shall try a different PC.
Do you have any extensions installed on your browsers? Might be worth trying without them if you do.

Have now tried on a different Win 10 PC using Edge & Chrome, but still have the same problem. No extensions installed. Once the emails try to load an error of "Sorry, this request could not be completed" pops up.
