What a shambles!

I have been with BT (Formerly GPO) for over 40 years for my landline and for quite a few years for my Internet but I am seriously comtemplating changing my Internet provider. The BT e-mail is a joke, I keep getting "system busy" messages etc. Drafts are not saved and I am never sure if my e-mails have been sent. My supposed super fast broadband keep losing connection and is slow to load. I can't get WiFi at the back of my house.

I tried filling in the complaints form, including my account number but got a message saying the form was for personal accounts only. 

It is all very frustrating and I am not a happy customer. What on earth has happened to BT?
