Today I found 2 emails in my spam folder, from people who had emailed me in the previous 2 days without it going into spam. Can anyone explain this? Have BT changed their spam detector settings?
BT change their spam detector settings constantly to keep up with spammers, unfortunately the process isn't 100% foolproof.
Mark the emails as not spam.
As well as marking them as "not spam" you should add the senders to your contact list if they are not already there. This should eventually stop them being marked as spam once the system catches up.
yes i know to do that thanks....but it still doesn't explain why the same sender's didn't go to spam ever before. It's like they're treating almost everything I receive as spam these days.
