Why does BT Yahoo mail keep asking me to accept cookies

I have recently changed Browser from Firefox to Microsoft Edge.  After accessing BT Yahoo mail for the first time and accepting all cookies, and since rebooting, I am still getting the same message "About Cookies" and having to clock on OK to gain access.  This is annoying and never happened in Firefox.  I have checked my settings on Windows 10 and they show "Accept All Cookies".   Can you help please.   Thank You.   Ian Gow

Re: Why does BT Yahoo mail keep asking me to accept cookies

There are many reports on the Internet of Edge not retaining cookies when it closes.

There are just as many different solutions at to what causes it and what to do to fix it.

Personally I would stick with Firefox but if you want to use Edge you could try going into the settings and do a reset of Edge to the default settings however prior to doing that ensure that you also uncheck "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" in the settings "Choose what to clear".
