BT Yahoo Mail issues
Estimated time to resolve: Ongoing
We are aware of an issue which may be stopping you logging in to your BT Yahoo email by an app or a client. Webmail is unaffected and you can log in at www.bt.com/email. We are working to fix the issue and apologise for any inconvenience.
Mail not working on IOS devices nor on Outlook by Desktop. But it is working on Kindle Fire which uses Yahoo App. I'll install relevant app on IOS to keep in touch.
Problem seems to be continuing and the effects are weird. Working on my iPhones but not on Mac Mail or Thunderbird. As has been mentioned already, webmail is fine.

I have a btopenworld.com email address, which is not Yahoo as I was transferred sometime ago to BT Mail, and this is synching perfectly on Apps on both PC (including Outlook 2016) and mobile phone. However I can also access the same emails using btinternet.com and this doesn't work. This is strange because they both access the same inbox. It would therefore appear that the problem is related only to email addresses ending in btinternet.com with perhaps a BT Yahoo mail historical linkage of some kind. Hopefully BT will resolve this issue soon!
It doesn't seem to be working on Andriod devices either, both my phone and tablet will send emails but won't receive them or sync.
I thought it was me and did the usual things, checjking setting etc eventually rang BT who said there was a problem.
