My wife and I have been using the BT Yahoo e mail app for some years now. we are no longer getting our e mails until I use my lap top at home. After writing about this matter my wife received a text informing her that she will be put on to BT Mail some time in the future. I have not received anything from BT. Also since I sent the first message we lost our phone and broadband service. We used the Mini Hub and eventually when fault was cleared MY wife received the text to state the Mini Hub was turned off. To date I have received no messages e mails etc from BT..... and I am the account holder. Not to worry contract finishes in December.
