Hi I only just managed to get access to my old talk21 account after nearly 8 months via browser. However I then tried to set it up on my iphone and one of the suggestions was to change the oasswird. I did so successfully but ever since I've tried to login I keep on getting the same looping message...
'You're not currently logged in to email - to login, click here'
now I've given up trying to set it up on my iphone I just need to desperately access it again via web browser as I was able to do yesterday, as I am currently trying to arrange my mother's funeral and I have over 20 years of contacts I need access to.
Can someone please help me with this. Thankyou, Cieran

It was and I was able to access my email via browser but then I tried to set it up on my iPhone and one of the recommendations was to change the password. I did this and ever since then I’m stuck in this loop....
im really not bothered about accessing via iPhone if it creates this problem - I would just like to be able to access it via browser like I could yesterday until I changed the password
thanks
This is what I keep on getting...
It was probably not the best thing to do to change your password, as it can take a while to propagate through the system.
Can you try on a computer or laptop, as a mobile phone is not the best way to view webmail?
Try this direct link Email Login
I know I wish I had just let it as it was and forgot about trying to set it up on my iPhone. Lesson learned.
Ok I’ve used your link on my laptop and I’m getting exactly the same message....
That is odd, as I see this when I click on the link.
Try clearing any browser cookies, or try a different web browser, as it may be sending the wrong info to the page.
Sorry I should have clarified- that’s what initially came up when I clicked on that link you gave me and I thought ‘great we’re in business here’.
I then logged in with updated password and it gave me the same red loop screen that I sent a screenshot of. Hope that explains better
Thanks for taking the time to look into this btw. I’m sure you’re busy and I hope you understand the urgency of me being able to access my contacts etc so I can organise my mother’s funeral. There’s numbers in there that go back over 20 years.
thank you
Did you try the old password?
