Hi there, my bt mail online seems to be unsyncing from my iphone apple mail app, e.g. this morning I have deleted items from my iphone mail app but they haven't beeen removed from my bt internet online mail account on my computer. I solved this last time by deleting the account from my phone app and re-installing it. IS there any other way of fixing this?

Have you tried restarting your phone?
Have you checked the setting on your phone to ensure the email account is set up as an IMAP account.
Have you tried a different email app?

I would suggest not using the BTMail app. It is not very good. Try the Bluemail app.
