Over the last week I have experienced a problem when sending an e-mail. I lay it out with normal spaces, paragraphs or lists, however when I press send the system compresses the post into one continuous paragraph and what might be a whole page long becomes just one massive lump of text. How can I sort this?
Log onto your email then go into the settings, found at the drop down box beside your user name, then "mail" and untick the box "compose messages in rich text format"
Thanks for the advice. I did as you directed and the first e-mail sent was successful however when I sent the next one the problem had returned. I looked at the settings drop box and it was as I had left it with the "compose messages in rich text format" not ticked! So why has the problem returned?
