Cannot find reason why, though i can log on to webmail neither my androidSamsungS10+ nor macbook pro email is working.
Both working fine. until last week or so stopped working
I can use email@example.com in webpage with password but same not working on phone or macbook. i.e. on Macbook:-
Port 993 (use TLS/SSL) ticked
Port 465 (use TLS/SSL) ticked
Very Grateful for a fix please?
It's a common problem with the mail system that happens all the time. If you do nothing it will probably correct itself in a day or two. If you have changed any passwords, try the following. Stop mail access from all devices, change the password in webmail, wait at least an hour to give the mail servers chance to sync and then try one device with the new password. If successful, repeat with other devices one at a time.
