Just to confirm for the community I spoke with the customer of the emails that were been received in error and they had been checking out mail forwarding and set this up in error and with the incorrect email address. The mail forwarding has now been cancelled as they did not want it and your Mum will not receive any further emails for this customer.
The customer was not concerned about any content of the emails as they do not use this email address for important things like online banking etc. They were very thankful and appreciative that you highlighted this error and asked for this to be passed on to you and they will be very careful in future to ensure they enter their email address correctly.
