btinternet email is rejecting email

Hi BT community

My btinternet.com email account is rejecting an email sent from a newly setup domain account with the following undeliverable email

 

btinternet.com suspect your message is span and rejected it

Is there anyway I can allow this email address thru the spam reject filter?
