We send out a newsletter infrequently.The latest one (there are around 100 names on the mailing list) has around 12 bt addresses - they have all been thrown into the recipients spam folder. How can I stop this happening?
Ask the people on the mailing list who affected to white list your email address and mark them "Not Spam" or BT's equivalent as it's sounds like the spam filters are intercepting your emails.

You could also ask the BT recipients to add your email address to their "Safe Senders" list.
They can do that by logging onto their email account then locating your email in their spam folder and highlight it then right click and select "More" > "Safe Sender" or they can tick the box to the left of the email then click on "More" in the menu bar then select either "Safe Sender" or "Mark as not Spam and Safe sender".
