Hello, I have just moved to the new BT set-up. I receive many emails in which I return a standard response but with the senders first name inserted after 'Hello'. Hundreds of times on the previous system I would open a word doc do ctrl+A; ctrl+C and then ctrl+V and insert about 300 words worth of text into my response to the sender. Now I can't do this. I can copy & paste some lines and even one complete paragraph, but not the whole text. It now takes about 8 separate blocks of text, so I have instead been attaching the document, but this is clunkier than the previous system.
Copy and paste of the same text into Notepad and other programmes is OK, so it's BT's new system. There's something in the text that the new set-up doesn't like.
Any suggestions?
