'data loading please wait' and system busy please wait'

These messages keep coming up.  Is there anything I can do to stop this?

You need to give more detail such as what device you are using, what you are doing when this happens etc etc

It only happens on my HP desktop. Happens everytime I log into BT and has been happening for a long time.

I don't get this problem on my tablet or phone.

What do you mean " when I log into BT"?

Is it when you try to log onto your BT email, or MyBT to see your bills etc.

BT mail. Either from scratch or from where it says 'BT mail loading'

I have moved you onto the email board.

If you have a look through the board you will see others with a similar problem.

You could try clearing the cache, history and cookies from your browser and if you have the "stay logged on " box ticked you should untick it.
