As for every other company operating a full telephone service, it didn't happen with my insurance company you could only phone if it was within 5 days of renewal otherwise it was contact by email. It is not an emergency Avro are overcharging us. We are £159.00 in credit and we now have solar panels and they are ignoring my husbands metre readings and using last years readings, we just want to get it sorted and the easiest thing to do would be to send an email but we can't. However the problem is still with BT if it was operating normally we would not be having this difficulty. Since they changed us from Yahoo it has been a mess.
