A real tyro question-

- how do I set up a distribution list in BT e-mail?

Unlike Outlook there's no help and no intuitive approach

Log onto your email account then click on Contacts in the menu bar.

Then click on "New" then "Add Contact Group". Give it a name. Click on "Main" in the left hand column. Select the contacts you want to add then hover over the contact and you will see an icon "Add to Group. Select the group you want to add them to.

You can only send to a maximum of 49 recipients so if you need more than that you will need to add another Group.

You have to ask yourself, though , why something so basic isn't seen in BT's own help tab

Sorry, but you have to ask yourself why you haven't just had a quick search through settings and options to find it for yourself.
