Hi - I wonder if anyone could assist please. My wife and I are having trouble logging into out talk21 accounts from our laptop. This has been happening intermittently for a couple of weeks. Sometimes it's ok and at other times we get the message "strongauth.secure.bt.com took too long to respond." Everything seems to be ok when we log on via our mobile phones. Never had this problem before and we have had the laptop a couple of years. I wonder if this yet another problem created by Microsoft with one of their so called upgrades? Thanks.
