I am after help resetting my e-mail (btinternet.com) account.
I can log in to the BT hub but not my e-mail? When I try to reset my password it says my BT ID account details are incorrect? Well, my DOB is correct, I've tried a previous and current Post Code no luck and I know my mothers maiden name?
Unfortunately, I cant see any way of progressing from this stalemate?
My phone access still works fine but doesnt display the password and has limited search capabilities.
I pay for this e-mail so I would like to regain access.
May be related, again today i just logged into the web mail and i was passed to the secondary account and could not select the main account as it was mising from the pull down menu. The third account was listed.
Logged out and back in again - and the account i logged into was now visible.
This has happened twice now- ever since i saw that the web front end has been upgraded as per the message yesterday.
