My btinternet.com e-mail receives in but does not send out since midday Weds 5th Feb 2020. Alternative e-mail with same bt signature is OK. Same problem on PC through Outlook 10, and on Apple I-pad.
Outlook on PC records message as sent but receiver does not get it, nor does my bt.com webmail record.
However email from same account sends OK from bt.com webmail to arrive OK (Tested).
What is problem? What can I do? BT telephone enquiry states Outlook not supported and no help. All OK until last Weds. Please can someone help me!
As webmail is working ok the best thing to do is to make no changes and give it a day or two to right itself.
