Having a strange issue with e mails. I am unable to receive e mails unless they come from another BT account . I can send e mails as I have a Yahoo e mail address that I could do a test so I know this works. Did contact BT/EE this afternoon but the person I spoke with was unable to help and has passed it on to be looked at but just wondering if anyone else had experienced this.
I have the same issue - sat on webchat for over an hour to be told there is a server upgrade and to give it 24hrs !!!
