I've had the same email address for more than 10 years and for 2 days i haven't been able to log in because it says it's not recognised.
When i try to log in using the BT page it takes me to a security page saying they have noticed some suspicious activity and have suspended my account. When i put my information in to reset my password it's not recognising the information i'm using.
Any help with this would be appreciated, thanks.
Are you a current BT Broadband customer, or are you paying for BT Premium mail?
If not, then your account would have been deleted as part of the ongoing process to remove accounts which are no longer being paid for, or owned by BT Broadband customers.
