email address problems

Hi,

I've had the same email address for more than 10 years and for 2 days i haven't been able to log in because it says it's not recognised.

When i try to log in using the BT page it takes me to a security page saying they have noticed some suspicious activity and have suspended my account. When i put my information in to reset my password it's not recognising the information i'm using.

Any help with this would be appreciated, thanks.

Are you a current BT Broadband customer, or are you paying for BT Premium mail?

If not, then your account would have been deleted as part of the ongoing process to remove accounts which are no longer being paid for, or owned by BT Broadband customers.

No to both. Is there any way that i can pay for premium service so i can just recover the emails i have because there's lots of emails i need from there.

  • If you don't see an option to move to Premium email or don't have a BT ID, you may be able to place an order for Premium email here
  • If not, you can always contact us on 0808 100 6778 - Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm
