there are numerous posts on this board just like your where people areaving problems trying to access email.  BT won't help and if you read the posts they all say the same

 

this is a customer help customer forum and only bt employees are the mods  your posts do not go to BT

Have you tried logging in via BTYahoo webmail to see if it clears the issue? Login here: http://mail.yahoo.com

 

Also you may or may not be aware that BT are moving their email and associated services away from Yahoo sometime this summer. For more information on this please go to www.bt.com/newemail

at last someone with some savvy. logged on to http://mail.yahoo.com and worked first time!! back in business, im obliged.
