Since BT updated email, contact groups no longer working when entered in new email To.

The groups are now contained within your Main Contact list. You can either scroll to look for them or the easiest way is click on the icon that looks like two heads "Contact Group" at the top of the list on the right hand side.
To add them to an email select the Group in your contacts list as per the above then click on the "Send Mail" icon at the top of the box that opened showing the Group or if you start to compose a new email you can click on the word "To" and this will open a drop down box with all your contacts and groups in it. Just select the one you want by clicking on it the click on the "Select" button.
It is a shame that useful facility of just entering a group name in To field, when composing an email, is lost in an upgrade. Whatever happened to upward compatibility? PLEASE PLEASE BT can this be rectified.

How hard is it to click on "To" then select your group!
Just an extra click!! - but thanks for that. Was wondering how it would work for multiple groups but that works OK too.
Is there a "Help" page with list of changes in this recent upgrade?

Obviously if the Group is not there you can not add to it. You would need to set up the Group again.
