BT gave my landline & internet to EE by mistake. It had worked well, but ever since BT restored my service, it has not worked properly. It is now SEVEN WEEKS since I had good service. I have spent , literally, DAYS of my time trying to get BT to correct their mistake. I CANNOT FACE MORE HOURS ON THE PHONE TO INDIA : they have done more harm than good. I am now left with my email dropping out, sometimes for days at a time. bt.internet claim either 1. it does not recognise my password [ It does , but only sometimes ] or 2. cannot connect.
