It logged me out as I was reading your email! I have now cleared chrome history and cookies, a pain because I'll now have to log into all my visited websites, but if it works, I'll let you know.
Clearing the history and cookies didn't help, or changing my password. I stopped using the "keep me signed in " box years ago because it didn't work. I decided to try it one more time and so far ( three nights ) it has worked. When I click on BT internet it goes straight to my email without having to log in. I hope it continues to work and may help someone else having the same problem.
